Ordering & Products
What products do you offer? We specialize in premium cycling-themed apparel and accessories, including 100% ring-spun cotton t-shirts (classic cut and women's-specific), hoodies, caps, beanies, mugs, and more. All our designs celebrate cycling culture with original artwork and references to iconic climbs, races, and cycling lifestyle.
Are your products made to order? Yes, all our products are printed on demand. This means each item is created near you, and specifically for you after you place your order. This reduces waste, extra-emissions and avoids any surprise customs/duty charges. It also means we don't hold inventory, so every piece is made just for you.
Can I customize or personalize products? Currently, our products feature our curated cycling designs. We don't offer custom personalization at the moment, but we regularly add new designs—check our "Recently Added" collection to see what's new! Or feel free to contact me at thedevotedcyclist@gmail.com if you have a special request or project in mind and I'll see what I can do.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size? Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart. We recommend checking the measurements carefully, as our apparel is true to size. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we suggest sizing up.
What if the size doesn't fit? Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items, or if you received the wrong design.
However, if you're unhappy with the print quality or the design (for example, if the image is too small or doesn't meet your expectations), please reach out and give me a chance to make it right. I personally created this page and all the designs, but I can't physically verify each product before it's shipped to you. Your satisfaction matters, so let's work together to find a solution.
Shipping & Delivery
The cost of shipping is rolled into the product price. The price you see is the price you pay; no surprises at checkout.
Where do you ship? We ship worldwide! Our print-on-demand partners have fulfillment centers across the EU (Europe), North America (USA & Canada), the UK, Australia and New Zealand to ensure faster and more ecologically friendly delivery to your location.
How long does shipping take? Production typically takes 2-5 business days, then shipping times vary by location:
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- North America: 5-10 business days
- Rest of world: 7-14 business days
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Why does it take longer than regular online stores? Because each item is made to order just for you, it takes a bit longer than pre-made inventory. The upside? No fast-fashion, less waste, and unique cycling designs you won't find anywhere else.
Quality & Care
What materials are used? We use high-quality fabrics and eco-friendly printing methods. Our T-shirts are 100% ring -spun cotton, except for the color Athletic Heather which is a 90/10% blend. I favor 100% cotton products when possible, but I don't always have the choice. Material details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my cycling apparel? Care instructions are listed just below the sizing chart, but common sense recommends:
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Avoid bleach and ironing directly on printed designs
- This helps preserve the print quality and fabric for years of wear
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos (send to: thedevotedcyclist@gmail.com ).

Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment system. We never store your payment details.

Do you have a physical store? We're an online-only store, which allows us to offer premium cycling designs at accessible prices and ship worldwide.
