Refund Policy

The DEVOTED Cyclist is a print-on-demand store. Each item is made to order once purchased. Please verify your size using the product size charts (available in inches and centimeters) before ordering.

Returns & Refunds We accept refunds only for printing errors, damage, or product defects. We do not accept returns for sizing issues.

EU Customers: Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return items within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs may apply.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days at thedevotedcyclist@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. We want you to be happy with your purchase! 

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact thedevotedcyclist@gmail.com.
