Refund Policy

The DEVOTED Cyclist is a print-on-demand store. Each item is made to order once purchased. Please verify your size using the product size charts (available in inches and centimeters) before ordering.

Returns & Refunds We accept refunds only for printing errors, damage, or product defects. We do not accept returns for sizing issues. 

EU Customers: Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, under Article 16(c) of that Directive, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As all products in this store are made to order and printed specifically upon purchase, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. We will, however, replace or provide a full refund for any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thedevotedcyclist@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed contact thedevotedcyclist@gmail.com.
