Overview
The DEVOTED Cyclist is a print-on-demand store. Each product is custom-made to order and shipped from local and regional fulfillment centers to reduce environmental impact while favoring local business when possible, and ensure faster delivery.
Processing Time
- Production: 2-7 business days (varies by product type and location)
- Shipping: Begins after production is complete
- Total delivery time: Production time + shipping time
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun.
Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery
We ship worldwide with regional fulfillment for faster delivery:
Europe (EU/UK)
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after production
United States & Canada
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after production
Australia & New Zealand
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days after production
Rest of World
- Standard shipping: 7-14 business days after production
Total delivery (production + shipping):
- Most orders: 5-14 days total
- EU/US/Canada: Often as fast as 5-10 days total
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is included on all orders worldwide. There are no additional fees at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
All prices include shipping costs—there are no hidden fees at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
- EU customers: VAT is included in the price. No additional fees upon delivery.
- UK customers: Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional fees upon delivery.
- US/Canada customers: No additional duties for domestic orders. International orders may incur customs fees.
- Australia/New Zealand customers: Customs duties may apply depending on order value. These are the responsibility of the customer.
- Other countries: Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a physical street address.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged in transit:
- Contact us at thedevotedcyclist@gmail.com within 7 days of expected delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of any damage
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund
