1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with The DEVOTED Cyclist, you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Product Information

All products are made-to-order using print-on-demand manufacturing. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in color due to:

  • Screen display settings
  • Printing processes
  • Fabric variations

We make every effort to display colors accurately, but cannot guarantee exact matches between digital images and physical products.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in your local currency (EUR, USD, CAD, GBP, AUD, NZD, or your local currency)
  • Prices include all applicable taxes and shipping costs
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already placed
  • Payment is due in full at the time of order

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing errors
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspected fraud

Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we begin production of your order.

5. Payment

  • Payment is processed immediately upon order placement
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout
  • All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments or authorized payment providers
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount

6. Production & Cancellation

  • Production begins within 1-2 business days of order placement
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun
  • If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at thedevotedcyclist@gmail.com
  • Cancellation is only possible if production has not yet started

7. Delivery & Risk

  • Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (force majeure)

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

9. Warranties

Products are sold "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. We warrant that products are free from manufacturing defects but do not warrant:

  • Exact color matching to digital images
  • Suitability for any particular purpose
  • Specific fit (please consult size charts before ordering)

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Sizing issues (size charts are provided)
  • Color variations between digital and physical products

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France and the European Union. For customers outside the EU, local consumer protection laws may also apply.
